i got drinks vouchers upon arrival it was super nice the resort looks amazing and sits in a quiet area i loved it the staff was really helpful and friendly the swimming pools were the best i enjoyed my swim there too the water was warm
while taking a shower the bathroom floor flooded badly that was not good i reported this issue but nothing happened my comfort was affected the hotel did not meet basic accommodation standards

The hotel features modern facilities. The pools offer designated zones for both families and adults. The Nora Beach Club provided very good dining options, with a nice Sunday brunch including a nice acoustic set. Communication with the staff was easy using WhatsApp.

Breakfast featured a wide variety of foods and the buffet was very nice. The resort restaurants also had excellent food options (a dedicated vegan menu exists). I found the food amazing, and the mango smoothie was delicious.

The location is a short walk to restaurants and bars along the beach. A 7-Eleven is across the road. This hotel sits right on the beach. It is a top location near the walking street.

the hotel location is beautiful. it is close to the beach. breakfast was good. the gym is nice. it was a nice stay. the staff was helpful. the food and service was great especially lee. he was always there to help me and plan my excursions.
the beds for adults and kids are stiff. it was like sleeping on wood. pool and room towels are in bad condition. some had stains and discoloration. many employees don't know english therefore some had difficulties helping. i was asked to give a 200$ deposit on arrival day. there is no aqua water bar in pools area or even on the kids pool. there's no kiosk. you should make sure to bring your own water.

The breakfast had plenty of options, and I loved the building layout. Nora Beach Club was stylish. It had great lounge music during the day and a DJ at night! The beach was very clean with ample sunbeds.
The maintenance team responded slowly. The toilet wasn't flushing. I asked four times for them to fix it! On the fifth time, they said that it couldn't be fixed and that the solution would be to move me to a different room. Though there wasn't an elevator.

The hotel provides convenient beach access. I just walked straight onto the sand! Proximity to local shops made grabbing essentials super easy and quick. Nearby restaurants offered diverse culinary experiences, all within a short walk.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help with a big smile! Communication via WhatsApp with the administration was convenient. I got quick responses. Check-in was quick and easy. They explained everything clearly. The team at the kids club was really good.

My room was spacious, and it had a luxurious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. I loved the comfy and huge bed it was just awesome!! The room design was very nice. It felt modern. The hotel also had very good breakfasts.

The breakfast included everything I needed without being excessive. The hotel has a large restaurant for breakfast, it was very convenient. I found very nice food, I just loved it!! The Isala restaurant was really great.

the resort had direct beach access. it was convenient to walk to the beach. the hotel offered family-friendly accommodations and that was good. breakfast had great variety with tasty food.
the shower was fixed. there wasn't a handheld shower option available. the shower was installed very low. it was uncomfortable for anyone taller than 1.60 m. i find that very inconvienient
